This comes to me, not to an inbox somebody else reads. I answer within one working day — usually a phone call, because it is quicker than typing — and all I want from that first call is a rough idea of the kitchen and a date I can come and look at it.
Worth doing the visualizer first
It takes two minutes and it makes the measure far more useful. If you already know you want a slab door in deep navy by the time I turn up, I can spend the visit on sizes and money instead of on adjectives. Your preview comes through attached to the form.
